I was recommended to attend this clinic by my regular dentist as I was experiencing muscle spasms on the left hand side of my face. This was causing me to have tension headaches at least five times per week. I came to this practice not knowing what to expect as I also had a clicking and was concerned my jaw would need some kind of surgery. Within 2-3 weeks of treatment which was not painful or invasive. I started to feel my jaw move into the correct position.

I wear a retainer every night which too stopped all the pain. It is not uncomfortable at all. The result is I no longer need ibuprofen medication which is terrific. I am more than happy with the experience I have had and am now clear of treatment and just need to attend in twelve months. My retainer is comfortable and I have no concerns about wearing it for the next year.
